This beautiful little chalkware rose comes from Miller Studio which made lots of decorative objects in the ’60s and ’70s. This one is still in the original cardboard backing. These were designed to be kitchen and bathroom decorations and they all were made with a little metal loop on the back so that it can be hung on the wall. This one appears to be unused and is in excellent condition.
Please note: this piece is much smaller than a lot of common chalkware decorations that you may have seen elsewhere. This one is just 3.5″ x 2.5″. See last photo to get a sense of the scale.
