Here is another lovely antique crocheted napkin/handkerchief featuring a folky woman with ornate dress. When the dress top is lifted, it reveals her nude breasts embroidered underneath. I’ve found a few of these over the years but I don’t know the exact origins of them. They seem to be a kind of novelty folk art that people made back in the day. It may be as old as the ’30s or ’40s. This one is in perfect condition with no rips or stains. It has creases that can be gently ironed out. It is approximately 11″ x 11.5″.
