This is a vintage bisque skull matchstick or candle holder with bobbing jaw. These “nodders” have a jaw that’s suspended on a wire making it bob up and down. They come from post-war Japan. This one is in great condition with no chips or significant wear. These are very popular to collectors and are becoming hard to find at lower prices.
