A very nice, simple, hand-shaped porcelain dish or tray. Made in post WWII Japan, likely intended as a resting place for a small pipe or possibly cigar. Would make a good ring dish or jewelry holder. This one is not that large – approximately 5″ long x 2.5″. Dice in photo are just shown for scale. Very good vintage condition. Some minor wear and paint loss but no significant cracks or crazing.
