Vintage Nude Salt and Pepper Shakers 2

From our private collection is this great example of one of these vintage nude salt and pepper shakers from post-war Japan. This one is approximately 6″ from head to toe. It is part of a series of similar objects that were all hand decorated. This one has some minor paint loss and very tiny bits of wear, but no major cracks or chips. It could use some cleaning but we chose to leave it as is in order not to cause any further wear. See photos for details.

Note: the corks in both shakers have fallen inside the shakers. They could probably be removed but we do not recommend using this for salt and pepper. This is sold as a decorative antique.
