Here’s yet another vintage risqué novelty mug made in Japan, probably in the ’60s or ’70s. These appeared in US markets and were sold in places such as Spencer Gift. We’ve sometimes seen it sold as a pair with a male that is intended to be Adam (as in Adam and Eve). Her breasts are suspended on a stiff wire that causes them to bob up and down when moved.
Approximately 4″ tall. This one appears to be very old but still has the original ‘Made in Japan’ sticker. Overall decent condition for its age but does have some micro-fine surface crazing which is normal. Unfortunately, there is a crack in the breast piece which is only visible when it’s tilted. This likely won’t worsen (and could be epoxied if it cracks further) but it is worth noting. See last photo.
It is sold as-is and should be treated as a delicate antique. Do not use with beverages and do not microwave or put in dishwasher.
