Vintage Porcelain Hand 11

This is a nice and large example of these porcelain hand-shaped dishes that I find from time to time. This one is larger than some of the previous ones listed, at roughly 5.5″ long. See last photo with coins for scale. These were made in Japan, likely mid-20th century. Though they look like ashtrays, they were more likely meant to rest a small pipe. This one is in good condition with just minor scuffs, discoloration, and a little paint loss in the gold trim. No real chips or cracks.
