Here is beautiful vintage porcelain dish or tray in the form of a hand. These were made in post WWII Japan, likely intended as a resting place for a small pipe or possibly cigar. Would make a nice ring dish or jewelry holder for a couple of pieces.
This is nice large one, approximately 5.5″ long x 2″. See last photo with dice for scale.
Very good vintage condition. Hand-finished with gold colored trim. Some minor wear and minimal paint loss but no cracks or crazing.
