A very nice, simple, porcelain dish or tray in the form of a pair of hands. Made in post WWII Japan, likely intended as a resting place for a small pipe or possibly cigar. Would make a nice ring dish or jewelry holder for a couple of pieces. This one is small – approximately 3.5″ long x 2″. Ring in photo is just shown for scale. Very good vintage condition. Some minor wear and paint loss but no significant cracks or crazing.
